By accessing and using DailyLeads CRM at https://crm.aysaarsolutions.com, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use our Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DailyLeads CRM.

1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, accessing, browsing, or using the DailyLeads CRM Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

2 Service Description

DailyLeads CRM is a cloud-based customer relationship management platform that allows businesses to manage contacts, leads, sales pipelines, customer interactions, and business processes. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with different tiered plans offering varying features and limitations.

You Agree Not To:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Upload, transmit, or distribute any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service
  • Use the Service to send spam, unsolicited messages, or phishing attempts
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
  • Upload content that is defamatory, obscene, or violates privacy rights
  • Use automated systems (bots, crawlers) to access the Service without permission

Important Refund Terms

No Refund for Non-Usage: Subscription fees are for access to the Service platform and its features, not for actual usage. We do not provide refunds or credits for periods where you did not actively use the Service, regardless of login frequency or data entry activity.

Service-Based Refunds: Refunds may only be considered in the following circumstances:

  • If the Service experiences a continuous downtime of more than 48 hours that prevents all users from accessing the system
  • If we fail to deliver core features explicitly promised in your subscription plan
  • Duplicate payments or billing errors made by our system

Refund Process: Refund requests must be submitted in writing to crmsupport@aysaarsolutions.com within 7 days of the billing date. All refund decisions are at our sole discretion and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Annual Plans: Annual subscriptions are discounted and are non-refundable after the first 30 days from initial purchase.

5.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. No prorated refunds will be provided for partial months.

6 Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, functionality, source code, databases, software, website designs, text, graphics, and logos are owned by DailyLeads CRM and are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically the laws applicable in the state of Telangana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12.2 Jurisdiction

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

12.3 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiations. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Hyderabad, Telangana, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

13 General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and DailyLeads CRM regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations hereunder where such failure results from any cause beyond our reasonable control, including mechanical, electronic, or communications failure or degradation.
